I have found that eating large portions bakes me feel terrible. Any start eating something I like, I can keep dining and eating until I am just stuffed. Forming good eating habits isn't that hard to do. I look forward to my glass of juice evening. I'm currently working on forming these good habits the actual day week. On weekends I can look forward to having my pepperoni pizza or anything I'd like to see.
