THE GOOD

What is really a good fast diet? One that works for you and is sustainable. Best of all fast diets is a really combination of nutrition, workout and attitude. Healthy nutrition gives your body the right elements to function properly. Without being scientific, of your right eating plan your body will run like an able engine. Exercise is of similar importance - this could be well anything, as long as it's something! It's important to exercise as part of a good diet. It's not necessary to be an athlete, it all you need as walking the dog or even few lengths of cycling. With anything, to have success, you need to have a positive attitude. I believe this is the key to feeling good body and mind!

THE BAD

Lets cut towards chase. Bad fast diets are ones that don't last, fast diets that require you to live on soup or fresh lemon juice. Without good nutrition your brain cannot really function effectively and along with your body. I'm not to say that fad/crash diets fail to work, but they don't conclusively. Diets pills have their place in 'the bad' column perfectly as, stuffing your body full of tablets isn't natural all of which will cause problems with occasional function. Plenty of diet pills contain a laxative that your body could become dependent it on. Diet pills are not a lasting solution!

THE UGLY

The scary results of obsession with diets are too apparent in today's society. Dieting too extremely and an unsafe way can show not only dangerous with the health, but potentially exercises are. I think a several different this comes back to attitude and self image. If your desire to diet dictates your lifestyle your life, then you've gone exceedingly.
